While hustling at the start can help you affordably get your business off the ground, it can also become harder as you start to scale your business to serve more people. 

The truth is, some of the most successful credit repair companies automate many common tasks. 

  • First, they set up a free Zapier account. 

Zapier, which is what we recommend to get started with automations, makes it really easy to automate a lot of work with lots of online web applications. As you grow your business, you’ll likely need a couple simple other software apps to help run your business more efficiently. What Zapier does is it will automate one task happening in one app to another. It can help you quickly automate tedious processes that take you lots of time and effort.

So once you have Zapier up and running, what other tasks can you take off your plate, you might be asking? 

All credit repair businesses follow a similar flow, and here are a few examples: 

  • To organize your appointments, set up an online calendar system using Calendly instead of manually messaging or talking with your clients to schedule consultations or follow-up appointments. 
  • To turn leads into sales, set up an automation where if someone becomes a lead in CRC, they get added to an automated email marketing campaign in an email marketing software like Active Campaign. That way, even if that lead wasn’t ready to sign up with you on your consultation, they could be reminded about your services every week through email using a simple automation. 
  • To extend the life of your client relationship, set up a Zap where new customers in Credit Repair Cloud are added to a customer follow-up sequence in a marketing automation software, like ActiveCampaign. This could give new customers regular tips on getting the most out of your services and remind them of the value you provide, so they don’t cancel early.
