Credit Repair Cloud uses third party vendors and hosting partners to provide the necessary hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology required to run Credit Repair Cloud. Although Credit Repair Cloud owns the code, databases, and all rights to the Credit Repair Cloud application, you retain all rights to your data.


Credit Repair Cloud may disclose personally identifiable information under special circumstances, such as to comply with subpoenas or when your actions violate the Terms of Service.

It may be necessary to share information in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding suspected or actual illegal activities, including without limitation, fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, or as otherwise permitted or required by law.


Credit Repair Cloud may periodically update this policy. We will notify you about significant changes in the way we treat personal information by sending a notice to the primary email address specified in your Credit Repair Cloud primary account holder account or by placing a prominent notice on our site.

Developer API

Users of Credit Repair Cloud agree to be bound by the Credit Repair Cloud API Restrictions and Responsibilities (“Developer Restrictions” and the Credit Repair Cloud Application Developer and API License Agreement (The “Developer Agreement”).


CRC uses annual self-assessments to assure compliance within the US-EU Safe Harbor Framework as set forth by the US Department of Commerce regarding the collection, use and retention or personal data from the European Union. Our privacy policy above serves as our statement of adherence to the US-EU Safe Harbor Principles. We will thoroughly investigate the matter internally and make every effort to attempt to resolve the issue quickly. Rights in relation to automated decision making and profiling - We may make automated decisions (via a computer algorithm) on certain aspects of the marketing materials that we send to you. We do not make any other automated decisions on your information. We do not make any decision on what the GDPR regulations suggest is special categories of personal information; nor make any decisions based on ethnicity, race, sex, gender or disability. If you object to the automated data processing that we perform on your personal information, then you may ask us not to do this.
